When i was purchased airtel SIM the company was promised me to life time validity incoming and outgoing calls but now they are charging individuals services why?

Subject: Complaint against airtel company,
Respected sir, according to airtel company, i was purchased Airtel SIM in 2014 and they are promised me to give me life time validity for incoming and outgoing calls but unfortunatley they are demanding extra charges of individual services this is not fair as they told me earliar but now last some months they changed their planes and deducted my balance from my SIM Rs.23 every months then why should i pay this fraudent money. They made customer fools and fraud with customers this is not fair.
