When I paid Electricity bill Payment order failed. And amount was Debited from bank account. But still amount not refunded to bank account

Text of Complaint by Sarasaram Rajendran:

Respected Sir/Madam,

On 15/06/2020 I have paid my Electricity Bill Payment of Rs.25381 through the paytm Application, at the time of transaction the order (No- 11113267086) has been failed. But the amount of Rs 25381 debited from my bank account. When i checked the paytm status , That the amount was refunded to my bank account. But till now i did’t got my money to my bank account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
