When I placed this order I see 10 days returnable option but when I tried to placed a return for this product it’s showing not returnable item I also contacted to customer care on 25-2-2021 the customer care provider told me that she mailed the seller about this complain and the seller will contact me for the return if seller don’t reply then again contact on customer service on 28-2-2021 and they will initiate the refund for this product if seller not made a contact with you. Now when I tried to contact to customer service agin on 1-3-2021 they giving me some different reasons like product can’t be able to return because it’s not returnable product and we didn’t did anything like this, share the screenshots of the page.if customer have to save screenshots everything time then why they would buy it from e-commerce website, they were giving so many different reason .
