When I called toll free no.to help us regarding signal problem.they said they will send a technician to visit our house regarding same an that will be free of cost..but when I am getting a call from local tata play operator they are saying they will charge 300 rs.

Local tata play operator is charging us 300 rs saying that we need to change our registered address even though at toll free no.they said they will send a technician at our house without any charge.

When I called toll free no.to help us regarding signal problem.they said they will send a technician to visit our house regarding same an that will be free of cost..but when I am getting a call from local tata play operator they are saying they will charge 300 rs.
