I am from Rajasthan, mehandwas village, district tonk. Me and my family 4 members using airtel network with 4G sim. But your Airtel network here is not good. Airtel did not work for us at home until the month ago. The data itself does not work properly. Now the real problem is that when the power cut in my area not working 4g net our mobiles. We observe for the last 20 days, the 4G net in our cell stops. Neither is working. Not only us but the neighbors around here have the same problem. I have communicated this problem to your Airtel Customer Care many times. But, the did not respond that’s why I am giving you a complain message… Worst experience is how 4g days is disabled when the power goes off in our home’s.. till now we can’t understand..
Kindly take action immediately on anaparthi airtel network and check once cell tower and main data issue.
Place : mehandwas dist. tonk , near police station.
So, finally we all decided to port my airtel network sim to other network
