I have been an customer of the original “BSES” and the electricity charges though higher than “BEST & MSEB ” were quite reasonable. But then Reliance took over and the bill started increasing month – by- month and now “Adani Electricity ” has taken over and they have no control on the charges, it’s a rampant increase.
I have never changed my Electricity supplier, but still they are charging me wheeling charges (which is actually meant as charges for using other peoples services).
Even though I am a small consumer consuming around 100 units, the rate which is being applied to me is Rs. 42.24 per unit (Energy charge – 2.6/- per unit, wheeling charge – 1.7/- per unit, RA charge 0.2/- per unit & FAC charges 37.74/- paise per unit) This is apart from the Rs. 60/- charged as Fixed charges.
Please make note of this and try to reimburse the wheeling charges at the earliest.
