On 5th of August I searched for a Air De-Humidifier of Philips Co. After i clicked on search button the product which was displayed was a philips air purifier and not air de-humidifier. Owing to the trust maintained on amazon i entrusted that such product would resemble or is a de-humidifier. On 7th August i received the product philips air purifier and on calling the company to return such product they are unwilling to accept my return request and now just becoz they showed purifiers when i searched for de humidifier its a kind of practice to deceive the customers they should look the substance over form. I paid 15,600 Rs for such product. Kindly look in to matter
