Made a payment for 825 Rs on Feb 26 to wellcaremeds.com via PayU using Paytm Wallet.
Soon after that, my order was canceled and the merchant suspiciously started to ask for more money.
Soon after that, I decided to file a chargeback using PayU which was successful, but here comes the problem, PayU closed the case in my favor but the merchant somehow sent PayU a delivery receipt which PayU gave to Paytm.
Now, I have no way to claim a refund and have been in constant contact with PayU, Paytm, and WellCareMeds.
They provide 0 help and keep guiding me to the other 2 parties involved.
