Dear Sir,
We placed an order with M/s WeenSaree.com on July 6th, time 8.20 pm ,2020 for a sum of Rs: 299-00 (the value of 01 items ). We also received an acknowledgement from them that the items are being shipped.
However we did not receive the items. When we tried to visit the website, a the given URL, the site displayed that a new store would be launched soon.
We are not informed if the new store (screen shot attached to this email) would honor the pending orders with M/s WeenSaree.com. We therefore are forced to lodge this complaint and seek redress with appropriate action.
whwn a search a customer care number and dial on the number 8637515060 he is asking to msg on particular number , when i gone through truecaller it is displaying FRAUD no.. kindly help me out.
They are fraud.. my 1000rs they cheated…
There is no address and contact on the website. They booked on prepaid payments after that they asked youe card details for refund but again they try to take more money., Stay away
