I have bought 3 sarees from subhasini on May 6 2021. It’s been 3 months and have not received yet. When I ask for updates she says the weaver will ship in 2 day’s, 1 week, next working day etc. it’s a huge amount and the sarees are for a wedding. Now she doesn’t respond to my messages. I have to go find new sarees quickly because I don’t trust subhasini anymore. I asked for refund and she doesn’t want to refund me or talk to me. This is very frustrating and heart broken . I have all the details of order and payment. At least please refund me !
