Text of Complaint by Sunil Kumar:

I ordered a products which is a Jeans from a website 875c84-3.myshopify.com. When the product arrived it was a completely different product with diffrent coloured and poor quality and it seems as a refurbished product. When i wanted to file a return or replacement request on the website, then there was no facility to do so. The site isn’t providing any kind of customer Grievance Mechanism and I’m stuck with this defective product.
