I am a resident of H block, SUKANTANAGAR, Salt Lake, Sector-4, Kolkata-700098. I am using a postpaid connection and facing no network coverage in my location for the past 4 months. Registered multiple complaints to Jio for call drops, weak network, bad signal, and call getting disconnected due to network issues. Jio has not done anything in this regard. They close the complaints saying they are aware of the issue in the location and will do something. But i cannot see any slight progress or efforts made in my location network.
