we tried for rooms in Srisailam and came across AP tourism’s Haritha hotal where a website link was give for booking in Google which showed as Ap tourism website we went there and contacted through the number given when we asked they said rooms are available and asked to make 2820 as payment for the deluxe ac room with the shared scan (qr code ) and after doing it he said the payment was wrong nd do 2900 which is including tax and said that the paid amount will be refunded we trusted and did the same and asked him for bill and confirmation he took half of the day and haven’t confirmed any we called him in the evening to confirm and he gave confirmation verbally through call and asked us to come and when we went we came to find out that a fake website is being used to scam and we were left with no rooms had to roam all hotels and req for rooms we are college students and can’t imagine the struggle we faced we tried to call him and he blocked all our contacts.
