I am madhu Kumari i placed order vivo s1 6gb 128gb skyline blue handset from paytm on 23-11-2019 order id:-9750433996 . my husband received stock on 26-11-2019 he open front of me . we found all accessories in box but handset is missing all ready brand box seal open from back side. we are raise replacement request . but paytm are rejected my request .on 28-11-2019. we are again raise request from call center for refund. paytm care tolled me that you dont worry we will resolved isssue in 72 hrs. finally they called me and told me that sorry we are not able to given refund and replacement . while we are providing all documents. so i will file case on paytm
