Text of Complaint by Neeraj:

We booked for a room in this hotel through goibibo. It was prepaid. But when we were checking in, they said our age is not 20+ so we are not allowed to check in and they didn’t allot us any room. But in their policy it is clearly mentioned that the age should be 18+ and we were eligible for that. There’s no option for refund and no support from goibibo. Please help.
