We ordered a product from myntra before 2months we got a wrong parcel and return picked up by delivery boy but refund not credited to us no costumer care is responding properly and a order from flipkart also created same problem and a order before one week from flipkart is showing delivered but not delivered and no refund credited all these 3products placed by prepaid payments please provide my refunds from flipkart and myntra
