Text of Complaint by A venkatesh:

My wife was a 5th month of pregnant and she asked me to eat a chicken biryani.
But
I have a 200 rs only.
Inthat case i ordered chicken biryani in ZOMATO at 8pm (11/02/2022).
My order delivered in just 10 minutes only
But the problem is
They packed cool biryani instead of bottom side as i shown a picture.
But the top of the pack is hot.

It means they packed afternoon only.

Finally me and my wife slept without dinner.
Here my question is
What will happen we eaten that biryani?
I complaints zomato customer care also
But they were saying
It doesn’t repeat next time.
They dont taking action of this time.
I just asked about my hungry
I dont want to next time matter.

Zomato taken my 142₹
And my time
Me and my wife hungry level.

Is this the way to trust zomato.

Why always showing advertising in YOUTUBE and TV’S…

I want justice and penalty on zomato…
