Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is with regards to the payment of the electricity Bill for the below .

The Bills are already been paid till date

Since the pandemic has been started we always got the bill at the end of the month which has been paid off . So how come you have billed us for a new bill of Rs. 1210.00, that too in the middle of the month.
