I had taken a plan of Rs. 80000/- from you on 24th January 2022 at Patna Morya Hotel. Nowhere in it was told by you that the annual membership fee of Rs.9999/- will be charged. Had it been told about the annual fee, we would never have taken this plan.
I have all the reports of this, whatever your staff called us and who gave us this plan, you have all the records, so you should solve this problem today.
Otherwise I will end this membership and return my full money to us within 3 days. I paid by credit card.
Otherwise I will file a case of Fraud and 420 against your company and your staff.
