Dear Manager,
We are unhappy with the quality of the network and mobile internet speed we are receiving in our village Kanai (Pin Code:383220, Ta: Himatnagar) and we are writing to seek improved network in our area.
The voice over calls is not clearly audible and very poor in quality. And coverage is uneven, with one poorer than the other. We have serious issues regarding mobile network speed also. We all have 4G connections but the speed we receive is in bytes/sec which is not enough even for web surfing.
The service you provide is not of acceptable quality and does not match the speed we were shown before purchasing. We would like you to improve your services in our area, which have many frustrated users of your network. They all are seeking alternative options if the quality of your network is not improved.
Furthermore, If you improve the internet speed and quality of voice calls users of other companies are ready to port-in en masse.
We would like to have this problem fixed quickly. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, We all will port-out from your network.
