We kindly ask Airtel to cancel our application for Airtel broadband connection ( eCAF_0801753732) and refund the money. As we were told by their executive Mr. Venkatesh (Mobile No: 8197395182) & Ms. Sowmya (9535333517) who processed our application, that there is feasibility in our area and asked us to do the payment online , after the payment was made online (Dated 24th July 2020, Rs. 2828/-, transaction ID: 7244232670 -109912601011-CCAAIRTELIN) we got a call from a executive on 25th July 2020 (Mobile No: 6379439263) for the installation, the executive visited our place and went back saying that he will call back on the installation after which the executive didn’t turn up. We repeatedly called him, unfortunately the executive didn’t receive the call. We went to the Airtel store at Nandidurga Road directly and explained the situation. They confirmed us stating that there is no feasibility at our area, and its the third party(Franchise) who has processed the application and have taken the money, we need to cancel the application with them. But I don’t under the payment was done on the Airtel Portal i.e. www.airtel.in/payonline, it was paid to Airtel. But Airtel says that they cannot do anything.
Request you to kindly intervene and get our money back.
Please cancel the application and refund the money to my account immediately as I need to transfer the monies back to my office. Kindly do the needful. Thank you!

Hi, even i am facing similar issues. No body cares to respond. Airtel has the worst possible customer service. They are just interested in looting other’s hard earned money.
