Text of Complaint by Jyoti:

I have Ordered water purifier AOSmith Z1 on 28.08.2022 and it was delivered on 29.08.2022. On 30.08.2022, technician Sanjeev Kumar has been assigned for installation of water purifier but he has denied to do so after checking TDS level of water.Then, I have requested Amazon to return the product as company is not installing it because of TDS level but Amazon has also denied to return the product because of their policy to return only in case of damage/defect.I am continuously talking with the Amazon and AOSmith to resolve my problem.
But no one has any solution neither Amazon nor AOsmith.Now,I am helpless with the problem.
