Hi Sir,
I purchased water purifier model- Kent PRISTINE (11038) 8 L RO + UV + UF which was Delivered on Dec 23, 2019 and installed on 25th Dec 2019. Within a month itself we got some power problem. Product is under warranty period. On 1st complaint Kent rep came and rectified.
Now again after 3 month water is not coming after purification. So within 4-5 months two time I faced the problem with Kent RO product.
This product not at all good. It is showing that theyathey haveghave supplied a defective product this time. I was having earlier model Kent pearl was not having any problem at least 5 years. Very worst product this time.
Till now nobody has attended the case.
This is not at all good sir.
Kindly replace the supplied item or return my money.
Kindly do the needful.
