The glass inside the purifier it’s broken due to their manufacture. When I spoke to the dealer he said that it’s physical damage caused by us but the glass was inside the purifier. How can they blame us. And asking us to pay for the glass. The technician who came to repair it said that the glass soaked in water causing damage. AO Smith is doing fraud and asking to extend warranty period by paying ₹5070/- if not they have the authority to change the purifier filter malfunction and fake it to get money from us. Court shows take serious action on this fraudulent company.
