I Have purchased a water dispenser from Saraf cooling company private limited kanpur.. The machine was purchased on 10/Sep/2022. After 5 months of usage the machine has a problem of water leakage .. I have made a several complaints to the service centre but they don’t respond.. After doing it multiple times the company finally checked it and changed some of it parts.. But the problem is still continued .. They it has been 3 months problem is still continued..The machine is with service centre since last 10 days and they told me to get product replaced.. Today i have made a call again now they are again asking me get product repaired again.. I cannot get it repaired again and again
