I’ve submitted my watch visionary at the service centre on 5th of march and haven’t received any response yet. When enquired the person at the service centre says that they have no knowledge of my watch returning. After talking with the customer service they have offered an coupon for the same to order another watch. I’ve rather have the refund for the same .
The customer service representative have been mishandling the case for 5 days and have offer the coupon code after all the trouble I had to go through.Please provide me with a refund as soon as possible.
