I ordered Fireboltt beast pro watch in January 2022 from Amazon, which has a warranty period of 1 year and now after 6-7 months it has stopped working, I have been trying to contact them, when I call on the number given, no one picks up or calls back, when I mail them, they just raise new ticket numbers saying we will get back to you within 24-48 hours but no one calls back or mails or reaches out.
