This marks the third time I am lodging a complaint, and I must emphasize that my latest experience with your product has been nothing short of appalling.
Today, I received the watch I ordered, and to my dismay, it is in an utterly deplorable state, rendering it completely non-functional. I am astounded that a brand like Firebolt would produce and deliver such pathetic products to its customers.
