Dear sir,
I am registered a 3 complaint for watch not charging issue to fire-boltt company website i.e. https://fireboltt-complaint.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
Through ticket no 243061, 164854 and ticket no 191122 was allot. Ticket no 191122 is closed without resolving the issues, no any call or email confirmation in your end. My watch is not working properly no any update about my new watch or charger received till date. Kindly do the needful action of this company.
