I bought a Samsung fully automatic washing machine last year in August. The spinner of the machine has stopped working and needs to be serviced.
I have reached out to gozefo support on mail multiple times and I have been told that a technician will visit every time and it has been more than a week, yet no one has contacted me regarding paying a visit for the same.
Kindly, assist me with the issue at the earliest.
