Hello,
This is to bring in your kind notice that, recently i ordered a washing machine (Model: IFB 6.5Kg Top Load Fully Automatic
Washing Machine) from Gozefo. — ( Invoice enclosed for your ready reference)
The machine was delivered on 23.09.21. Following to which an Installation engineer Mr. Raju– Mobile no: 8660653360 arrived for installation on 26.09.21.
When the machine was connected and started, it was found the PCB (Printed circuit board) of the machine is not working. And non of the machine’s automatic buttons are functioning. The display is not working. Mr. Raju recorded the issue and also informed his senior authority. So please arrange to replace the nonfunctioning PCB with a new one.
A quick response on the enumerated issue shall be highly appreciated.
