As I am flipkart plus member from last year and I have ordered lot of products from flipkart and some of the time the wrong items or damaged items were delivered to me so I returned that products and in last month they delivered me a wrong item so I applied for return , the seller approved it but the courier agent pick uped it and after 3 days they didn’t updated as they received the return product so I called flipkart customer service representative and they said it’s not updated wait for 24hrs it will …. I waited and after 24hrs I didn’t get refund or update and the courier agent called me and said it’s not matching to return product so your return will cancel please come and take it …. So I called flipkart customer service representative they also rejected to respond and I was returning the product again and again untill it return successful but the flipkart website blocked my account and giving the reason as your account has so many return request so you can’t log in in the flipkart app …… So ridiculous response from flipkart…
