I raised a request for buyback of washing machine, and it;s been about three weeks and no one has picked it up.
Every time the sales agent calls and confirms they would pick up tonight and the delivery team would again re-schedule it.
The sales team would confirm a time after 8pm and the delivery team stop their services after 6PM APPARENTLY. theĀ teams are not even aware and are so not communicated.
Every time a confirmation is made that they would pick up, i either take leave/work from home / or leave early from work to be present for the pick-up and i wouldn’t even hear from the delivery team about the change in schedule.
STILL WAITING!
and now again i see my profile for gozefo > initiate buyback has again been restored!!! they crossed out they buyback option and again i have to start again with the process.
