I Sri pranab jyoti barman from guwahati Assam inform you that I am a flipkart plus member of your company but one incident happens with me last month. I bought one IFB Washing Machine through your company on 24/06/2022 order I’d OD125291549044371000 and I received on 26/06/2022 and paid amount 18890 and exchange my old machine installation date fixed by your company on 29/06/2022 but still today product installation is not done.
In this regards I contact your support team not less then 10 time but your staff nighter they solved my issues to proper way of installation they misguided me and provide wrong phone number and E-mail I’d to contact directly with service provider agency. It’s totally fake information provided by your staff. When I received return mail from service provider agency they are not the otherwise official agency of flipkart.
So I request you to take necessary action immediately to your staff who is misguided your customer. chit/false promises and totally misguided under company law. In this regards I already infrom to your grievances department.
