Text of Complaint by Meghna:

Purchased washing machine TATA Croma brand thro Amazon.in, the month of purchase 12.03.2022. machine started some weird sound during the process. immediately informed amazon and amazon requested to contract TATA Croma customer care to attend as per procedure manufacturer to attend to the defects. Contacted customer care by phone, by email and they promised a service person will attend. this was promised 7th July, 2023. but the service agents refused to attend saying “you contact amazon” Amazon says it’s beyond return period hence the Manufacturer to attend the service issues. but till date despite escalations to customer care email and grievance email ids no response as till date 27th Jul, 2023. bill is attached for evidence of purchase. multiple time we reached out by email to customer care and grievance but they continuously ignoring the case. please help us.
