I want to bring in your notice that i have placed an order of Asus laptop on your Paytm site on 19-05-2016 as per this mail and invoice copy attached for your reference and at the time of purchasing laptop there was facility of Onsite one year warranty.

Since one month i am facing an issue with my laptop in the screen and when i placed the complained online for onsite warranty then customer care executive asked me to tell them serial no. and model no of the laptop and when i told him the required details then the Asus customer care executive told me that this serial no is not in his data base which means i am being sold an fraud laptop for which Asus company is not giving any warranty.

Also i am chasing since more than one month to the seller of laptop(who has full filled the order placed on your site by me(Yash Marketing)) but no satisfactory response is coming from them they are just saying that they are doing it-they are doing it.

On the 19th may-2017 warranty of this laptop has expired and i will have to pay the amount for repairing the laptop then definitely i will going to consumer court for this for having suit file upon the PAYTM AND YASH MARKETING THAT FRAUD IS COMMITTING ON THE PAYTM SITE BY SELLING THE UNWARRANTED PRODUCTS BY SAYING THAT PRODUCT HAS ONE YEAR WARRENTY.

Why am i taking the follow ups from the seller of the laptop whereas i have paid the amount for it.

I have a mail from Asus company in which they are saying that i have purchased this laptop from outside India whereas i have purchased it from paytm site.

it clearly means that the fradulent products are selling out on the paytm site with the fraud service providers.

Kindly help in this regard.
