This complaint is for warranty claim of my smart watch.
The watch fell down due to the break of the watch’s band, which broke its screen
When I made a warranty claim, they rejected the warranty claim and are returning it saying physical damage in the ratio.
I mean suggest some option to them, fix it or replace it, but they don’t listen to anything. so please help me
i mention on the ordering date is 23/07/2022 and its warrenty given is 1 year
