Some days ago,I requested a warranty claim from boat for my smartwatch…The warranty was rejected,but when the product was returned to me,it was physically damaged…I contacted the customer care and they said that the product will get received from me back and they will check it…After some days,the delivery boy came to inspect my product he inspected it and he just packed it…But when the product reached the boat facility,they wrote to me that they received an empty box instead of the product,and they sent me a pdf in which there was a picture(I will send you that image)of that box,but that box was damaged and I immediately contacted again to the customer care and also the delivery boy,and found the both saying that we cannot help you…And that’s the scam I faced…
