I have purchased Thompson 32 inch tv order ID OD125208020304109000 on 15 th Jun 2022 with 3 years extended warranty. But my one assist extended warranty started from 15 Jun 2022 instead of 1 year after as I suppose to get 1year Brand warranty. I called up your customer care they agreed that it should start after 1year but they can not change the date. Even I have raised issue through help center but I didn’t receive any confirmation and the got resolved.

Please help me before my return period is over.
