Sir.
Amount Rs : 4999 /- Cheated and pending
Order # 408-7227562-9284302
(Renewed) YU Yureka Note YU6000 (Black, 16GB)

Ref: My earlier mails and chat since July 1-7-2021.

Sub: Mobile phone under warranty was not rebooting-Seller not giving warranty
Requesting for re-investigation and refund.

1) 20-1-2021–The product was delivered on 20 January this year.

2) 182 days warranty.

3) 1-7-2021—(50 days before warranty) My product suddenly got heated and switched off. When I plug the charger. It shows that the device is getting charging. The product was not working. My product was showing the start screen which shows after factory reset. The problem was inside in the circuit not the screen. I unable to reset the mobile.

The mobile is now with the seller(Delhi). I request AMAZON to ask the seller to make a video of the mobile
after asking him to switch the power button on.

4) Kindly see the video of another mobile to understand the problem in which same problem was faced—(re booting issue)

5) 2-7-2021 I went to the YU Micromax Dadar(Mumbai) service centre. M/s Sai Mobile Shoppe

6) Address: Om Shree Swati Manor, A Wing 101, N.C.K.K Road Dadar- West Mumbai, Area: Bhawani Shankar, 17.7km from my home Phone: 90295……

7) they(YU Micromax) refused to give me free service under warranty.

8 ) They also gave me one document in soft copy which I am attaching herewith this email which shows that the service to this mobile was this discontinued long back 17th October 2020 (it any one require this he can call me 986924….)

9) Now since this product is out of warranty (YU Micromax). I cannot get the spare parts with the company or outside. This mobile is no more than a garbage.

10) I mailed it to the seller about the issue they informed

11) Your Phone have 6 months seller warranty. Please send the product at seller service center only for repairing purpose… Address : 3409, 4th Floor, Regarpura Gali No – 01, Karol Bagh. Central Delhi – 110005

12) I Asked seller to provide courier…They refused and asked me to send the mobile.

13) Amazon also refused to send the courier to collect the mobile from my house.

14) I sent the mobile and seller received the mobile on 13-7-2021.

15) Now seller refused to repair the mobile and informed me that it was damaged and cannot be repaired.
Main issue (Unbootable)

Actually the phone repair huge cost and unrepairable. I request AMAZON to ask the seller to make a video of the mobile after asking him to switch the power button on.

16) Kindly see the video of another mobile to understand the problem in which same problem was faced—

IN this case the web portal refunded the mobile price to the customer.

17) Now seller is also not giving me any denial letter.

18) Amazon call centre took all the papers online.

19) Amazon call centre informed me that they will resolved the issue with the seller but they have not yet updated.
Some words about the product

II. Many 52% customers review is critical.

III. The amazon knows the issue but they did not stop the mobile being sold in their plat form.

IV. Maximum people couldn’t use the product for 3 to 4 months.

V. These things I ignored as many people say anything but know I understood that they are true and suffering .Many people don’t know that they have to send it to the seller even the COMPANY (micromax) service centre in local area dont repair.

VI. If you ask the seller they ask you to send the mobile to send it to Delhi. They know that 90% chance that customer will not send the mobile to Delhi.

VII. These things are not known to customer that the product is supposed to send to Delhi for warranty even the YU service centre is in their District.

VIII. I want to ask for record of all the customers purchased this mobile from amazon (One JMD).

IX. I want to ask for record of all the customers who send their mobile to (One JMD) for repair.

X. Many people would send their mobile to Local Mobile repair.

XI. Seller different mind set about sending and not sending the product to Delhi. They always thinks about the RISK.

A. As a layman I also went to the Micromax Dadar service centre. But I forced to send because I know and understood the following :::::

B. I received the product in original box ….it mean that it has some manufacturing defect and YU(Micromax company couldn’t sold it in the market)

C. So the seller sell it to the online market giving 6 month warranty.

D. In my issue they told me that They received the broken mobile…..I stay at Mumbai and the repair centre is in Delhi. (Who take the guarantee of glass screen product). (1,434.7 km) via NH 48.

E. Seller did not ask to send the video of the mobile or picture before calling it for repair. They know some machinery problem. They know that 90% chance that customer will not send the mobile to Delhi. Instead customer will repair in local shop.

F. But I forced to send because I know and understood the above things explained in the preceding paras.

G. I want to ask for record of all the customers purchased this mobile from amazon (One JMD) and record of all the customers who send their mobile to (One JMD) for repair. If I am not wrong.

H. Now Amazon and Seller is not giving me anything not the service centre. Their are 14 customer repenting after purchasing as I see in the review in AMAZON website in the link provided above

I. Amazon refused to published my review. ( if required I would provide their reply) because I can see the conspiracy of selling defective products. Even after the product giving problem the Amazon didn’t stop the selling of this product (renewed).

J. I feel that all the purchaser received in the original box with original packing in the form of company stickers. Which shows that the seller took the defective product from the company and sold in online market.
Circumstance showing the defective ness is manufacturing:

K. Amazon refused to publish my review about the seller and product.

L. Amazon failed to I found a video of unbootable issue two three days ago which is showing unbootable.(unrepairable)

M. AMAZON failed to ask the seller to make a video of the mobile after asking him to switch the power button on.

N. I received the renewed in original box from the seller. The Company couldn’t sold the product or recalled from the customer.
How the seller get the mobile in original packing condition. ( I received two orders in original box)—It may be returned in bulk

i. Order # 406-. date: 11 January 2021—This phone was returned to amazon and I reordered the Item

ii. Order # 408-7227562-9284302 replacement dated: 15 January 2021 which I received on 20 August 2021.And this is the
product in issue.

Q. The seller should take the responsibility as my product was showing the start screen which shows after factory

T. Unbootable—Ask the seller whether the mobile switched on or not. Kindly do the needful to get my mobile repaired. Kindly verify with the conversation in my account messages.
