Text of Complaint by APARNA BAJPAI:

Oneplus Nord phone’s screen started displaying blue ink on the surface, when I reported to the service centre of the ONEPLUS, they said that this usually happens when the phone has fell down from the surface and got physical damage, and hence this repair will not be taken under warranty and I will have to pay them Rs 8276/- for the repair. I told them that the phone didn’t fell down and it also didn’t have any physical damage on the screen, but they still refused to take it under warranty and I had to submit my phone for the repair because as a student I had my classes to attend and my phone was the only medium for attending classes. Therefore, I gave them Rs 8276 for the repair. But now I am asking them for my refund as that was unreasonable and they didn’t even examined my phone. They even said that their phone’s screen is such that it can be damaged even by a keeping it in the pocket. There was no physical damage and my phone is under warranty. Please help me get my refund, as a student,I cannot afford such a loss.
