I purchased Fire Bolt Smartwatch on Amazon site on 14/08/2022.
In 3 months his display was gone. I went to the official service center of Fire Boltt in date of 07/12/2022 and filed a formal complaint and submit it. Later when I inquired they said your smart watch will not be repaired and you will get a coupon from the company so you can buy another one. It will send the coupon to your mail id. Now when I inquire in service center they tell me we have done our job we send your email id to the company you should talk to customer care. Inquiring with customer care they tell me that your mail id will be updated in 2-3 days to get the coupon. And it doesn’t meet me till today. Even though it’s 1 months today, till now i don’t get any mail from company and i again call to the service center they says the coupon code mail you in 2-3 days
The watch i brought from my sister Amazon account bhupalee Khanvilkar
