Different colour product received my Replacement against the Ticket ID -3955909 and 3972127 is completed two times. but sir my original product which I bought on 21-oct-2024. That snapp 4g watch was of jet black luxe color. But sir the strap colour of the replacement product watch is cherry blus. That is a different colour from my product, jet black luxe. I don’t like cherry blus colour. Hence I request you to please deliver me my original colour jet black luxe watch. Sir please pick up your cherry blus colour straps watch as soon as possible and give me the same jet black luxe watch replacement like my original watch. I am sharing with you the photo of my original product and the replacement I received
