I have brought a product name as flip flop nike Victoria so I have damaged it and i claim for warranty done every process of claiming I got approval from nike
So I call ajio call centre so they told me your product it’s in return.so I have waited then pickup man was not picking my product bcz it’s was not mentioned there in description that this product is damaged or claimed warranty or repair so I have informed this to the call centre they told that it’s is in no quality check n all so after that my return was cancelled and again it’s was in retrun and this time I was having fake attempt of picking the product like we were next to door but we are unable to pickup we will kock you soon and many fake attempts happen with me this process happen with me serveal times so there was no proper solution from the team or from there senior.so I call the delevery man he said it should be mentioned in the description that this product is for warranty claim or xyz the call centre or ajio team was not able to just put that in description I was genuine disappointed with this bad services by ajio.i tried this for 10 to 20 times there was not a proper sol giving by the team.truly frustrating
