Text of Complaint by Kleio:

we purchased a wardrobe from gozefo. Order number 327190. The order was paid in full. The wardrobe has not been delivered yet. But their system says it was delivered on 31 October. Upon contacting the customer support they said it’s a wrong update but the product hasn’t been delivered till date- 19 November 2020
