I made two payments last month through Baroda E Gateway to my merchant account. But, my merchant didn’t get the money or the amount that didn’t refund to my bank account. All transaction details has been given below. Kindly take take an action against Baroda E Gateway Payment provider

I have done two transactions on 18/08/2023 to IRCTC through Paytm payment gateway. 7 working days past still no refund. When I complaint to IRCTC they said we haven’t received the payment it will refunded by payment gateway. what should I do now?
