I ordered a geyser on 11th September 2021, which got stuck, and later I purchased it from a local store. But I haven’t received the refund yet. I am unable to cancel the order at my end and have asked customer care executives multiple times to cancel my order but they themselves are not able to do it. The order ID is OD122815734080656000.
It has been almost 10 months since my money is stuck.
