I have bought Vivo y100 for 25000 in a vivo showroom in phoenix mall in chennai .
The phone started getting hanged in just 2 hours time of my buying it.
I went to service center and they told me y100 is beta version now and told me to get a replacement . So i want to the vivo showroom and i asked for my money back , and i don’t wanna buy any vivo phone . I just want my money back
That showroom person showed me 2 models and asked me to choose one model in those 3 models. Why should I be forced to buy a brand i don’t trust. I want my 25000 money back .
