i am ashok kumar parihar from indore and i ordered a full service of my water purifier which contains all parts service and new parts assembling 1 week ago. they told me to pay 4556.07 rs before the service , i payed the amount and they told that their person will come in 1-2hours surely but no one came. I called them and they said the person will come next day but again no came and now its been whole 1 week of me calling them and they saying the person will come next day and when i asked them for a refund, no action was taken. even the number of the person they gave to me is not responding and 3-4 hours ago they called me and said i have to pay 2300rs more for it. And i rejected and again no response has came from there side. So if they don’t want to fulfill the demands of customers so why they written that “we are always with you” they are not even responding.
