The order was placed on 28th April. The expected delivery date was 28th May. Despite repeated calls to the customer care, no updates were received from Wakefit – no calls / emails / messages on the status of the order.
Finally today when i refused to back down, they informed me that they can ‘TRY’ and deliver in 10 working days. So, about 50 days since i placed the order. The company also proudly declared that they cannot provide a compensation for the delay in their services or default.
Never again will i get into business with them and definitely won’t recommend anyone else.
